Quality, Environment and Prevention Policy

IberianCare is a company dedicated to the wholesale trade of medical devices. The IberianCare team has implemented and maintains a Quality Management System based on ISO 9001 and ISO 13485, as well as an Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Management System according to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

IberianCare is one of the most important distributors of medical devices in the sector, as we minimise the risks associated with their use by always applying the utmost rigour in our quality controls. We offer our consumers the most innovative and complete solutions in a wide variety of fields, in order to facilitate the quality of life of patients.

IberianCare establishes that the Integrated Management Policy is based on: Doing everything that is necessary to comply with our responsibility to our customers and meet their expectations, through the guarantee of our products, respecting the Environment

Environment and achieving a high level of Occupational Risk Prevention in all the processes of the development of our activity, complying with current Legislation, taking into account the Technical Standards and Recommendations and with the participation of the Workers.

In order to fulfill these purposes, the Policy must:

✔ Be appropriate to the context of the organization, its nature, appropriate to the environmental impacts of our activities and magnitude of the occupational risks for occupational health and safety.

✔ Include a commitment to promote a culture of continuous improvement and excellence, in order to increase competitiveness and create value in a sustained manner, not only for customers, but also for professionals and other stakeholders.

✔ To provide an adequate framework on which the objectives and goals of quality, environmental and occupational risk prevention can be defined, which allow us to see if we are close to complying with the Policy.

✔ To be communicated and understood throughout the company through its publication both on the intranet and on the corporate website, making everyone participate in their obligations for their own safety and health at work and the environmental specifications of each process for the development of activities with the minimum environmental impact.

✔ Maintain and review so that it is always appropriate to the activity of execution of the work and to the objectives of quality, safety and the environment.

✔ Ensure that all human resources are qualified and motivated to meet the objective of this Policy, encouraging the participation of workers and their representatives.

✔ Ensure compliance with legal requirements and other additional requirements that the organization wants to achieve on a voluntary basis.
